How far in advance should I book?
The best prices are two to four months before departure. Last-minute deals appear two to seven days ahead, but the choice of hotels in them is limited.
Can I pay for the tour in instalments?
Yes. Most operators accept a 30–50% deposit with the balance due a few days before departure. Your manager will confirm the terms for the specific tour.
